Natsec Product Manager

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Demonstrable passion for delivery with experience in product management
• Expert product ownership skills, including working with multidisciplinary teams and translating user needs into deliverables
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to develop and maintain product roadmaps and define minimum viable products
• Strong experience working in Agile or Kanban teams
• Experience leading teams through the full product lifecycle, including Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live
• Strong user focus with the ability to understand user needs and coach others to do the same
• Ability to facilitate buy-in from senior management, the wider organisation, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to partner effectively with clients to understand and address their problems
• Comfortable using evidence such as performance data and user research to support decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complicated things clearly in plain English
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
• DV Clearance is essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Must have lived in the UK continuously for the last 10 years

Responsibilities:

• Lead one or more multidisciplinary Agile teams to identify problems, co-design and deliver solutions that balance user needs, organisation goals, and sustainability
• Deliver results at all stages in the product lifecycle, including Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live
• Form effective partnerships with client product owners and stakeholders
• Lead negotiation on the most valuable outcomes we can deliver
• Improve the product management capability by mentoring and coaching others
