ERP System Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

• Minimum 3 years experience in an ERP systems role required
• Advanced SQL query writing essential
• SAP Business One experience preferred but not essential
• Business Process Automation (BPA) experience desirable but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain SAP Business One system accounts and permissions
• Educate users on system functionality and promote a better understanding of the application suite
• Develop solutions for business problems using SAP Business One and Business Process Automation (BPA)
• Create and maintain SQL reports
• Serve as liaison between business partners and third-party support to develop and gather business requirements
• Maintain close relationships with department leaders to ensure best practices for systemic improvements
• Provide raw data to various areas for analytics
• Manage and execute continuous improvement projects
• Maintain data integrity and cleanliness of all databases
• Ensure appropriate systems and controls are in place for audit purposes and provide audit evidence to external auditors
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related hardware, software, user access, and other problems
• Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems, applications, tasks, and integrations
• Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability
• Coordinate new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with third-party support teams and users
• Recommend new features or changes to configuration and workflows based on user feedback
