• Strong banking experience
• Strong Python backend development
• Advanced SQL / database development
• Microservices and event-driven architecture experience
• Experience with Kafka and/or Tibco
• TDD and automated testing experience
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana or similar monitoring tools
• Production support and troubleshooting experience
• Agile delivery experience
• Financial services / capital markets experience desirable
• CI/CD and DevOps experience desirable
• Experience with legacy system modernisation desirable
• Experience supporting critical production platforms desirable
