• Experience working closely with technical teams and Solution Architects.
• Experience within large, complex or regulated organisations.
• Technology modernisation or transformation programmes.

• UAT, acceptance and implementation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Capture, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Identify gaps between existing capabilities and future business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and structured requirements sessions.
• Translate business requirements into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Document business processes, rules and dependencies.
• Support the assessment of solution options and potential business impacts.
• Identify assumptions, risks, dependencies and areas requiring investigation.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Product Owners and Delivery teams.
• Support testing, validation and acceptance activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support implementation planning and transition into delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a complex technology transformation programme within a large enterprise environment. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension, offered on a competitive day rate and preferred outside IR35. The role is based in Milton Keynes or London on a hybrid working basis. We are looking for someone pragmatic and analytical who can quickly understand a complex environment, ask the right questions and bring structure to ambiguous requirements.
