Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience delivering infrastructure migration projects as part of a merger, acquisition, divestment, or transformation programme.
• Strong experience using Quest On Demand (Quest OD).
• Extensive experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID migrations and identity management.
• Experience delivering process migrations within M&A or transformation programmes.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver large-scale M&A, divestment, and infrastructure separation projects.
• Plan and execute complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Use Quest On Demand (Quest OD) to deliver large-scale tenant migrations.
• Support process migration across business and technical environments as part of the M&A programme.
• Manage and support Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID migrations, including users, groups, identities, and access.
• Support the migration of Microsoft 365 services, mailboxes, SharePoint, and associated workloads.
• Ensure migrations are delivered against agreed timelines while minimising business disruption.

We are seeking an M365 Migration Engineer to support a large-scale tenant-to-tenant migration project as part of a merger and acquisition programme. The role is hybrid, with work based in either Letchworth Garden City or High Wycombe, and is offered as an immediate-start initial 3-month contract.
