Director / Senior Manager Global Financial Systems & ERP

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Senior Manager / Director-level operational leadership experience
• Experience managing large global teams, ideally 50 across the UK, US, and offshore resources
• Strong Finance Systems / ERP experience
• SAP exposure advantageous, including ECC, S/4HANA and/or GRC
• Finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting, and controls
• Background within a major end-user organisation, consultancy, or Big 4

Responsibilities:

• Lead our global Finance Systems and ERP function across the UK and US
• Manage large, globally distributed teams of around 50 people, including onshore and offshore resources
• Drive improvements across Finance Systems, ERP, financial processes, controls, and accounting operations
• Take ownership of a global function and make a significant operational impact

We are offering a high-profile 12-month fixed-term contract for a Director / Senior Manager to join us in a hybrid Warwick / remote role, with 1-2 days per week onsite. This is a senior operational leadership position within a global organisation, with a salary of £80,000-£100,000 plus a 40% bonus and 28 days holiday. The role provides the opportunity to lead a globally distributed Finance Systems and ERP team and shape key finance operations across the UK and US.
