Requirements:- Strong Unit4 backend/client knowledge and understanding of Unit4 data structures
- Experience investigating data issues and determining required corrections, dispositions, or business decisions
- Ability to work with Finance, HR, Payroll, supplier-management, project, and other data owners
- Experience maintaining auditable records of corrections, approvals, unresolved exceptions, and supporting evidence
- Ability to escalate items requiring policy interpretation, ownership confirmation, or wider business decisions
- Experience providing regular progress, risk, dependency, and exception reporting
- Ability to protect data confidentiality and comply with information-security and access-control requirements
- Ability to work in a hybrid London-based role
- Experience operating inside IR35 and through an umbrella company
- Work systematically through cleansing workbooks and the prioritised exception backlog
- Investigate underlying Unit4 records to determine required corrections, dispositions, or business decisions
- Engage Business Units and named data owners to validate decisions and obtain evidence of approval
- Apply agreed corrections where authorised, or document required changes for controlled implementation
- Resolve migration rejects caused by source-data quality issues, retesting or providing evidence of resolution as appropriate
- Maintain an auditable record of corrections, decisions, approvals, unresolved exceptions, and supporting evidence
- Escalate items requiring policy interpretation, ownership confirmation, or wider business decisions
- Provide regular progress, risk, dependency, and exception reporting to the hiring manager and programme governance
- Own day-to-day progression of the assigned cleansing backlog and keep records current
- Coordinate efficiently with Finance, HR, Payroll, supplier-management, project, and other relevant data owners
- Distinguish technical corrections from decisions that require business ownership or policy approval
- Protect data confidentiality and comply with organisational information-security and access-control requirements
- Raise risks early where timescales, access, ownership, data quality, or decision delays threaten the DM-2 objective
- Work collaboratively with the ERP programme, migration team, and Business Units without displacing data-owner accountability
