Requirements:

• Proven experience within a 3rd Line Support, Infrastructure Engineer or Senior Infrastructure role
• Strong Windows Server administration experience
• Advanced Active Directory skills
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN and wireless networks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Microsoft 365 administration
• SCCM administration
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience within healthcare, public sector or other large-scale environments

• Providing advanced 3rd line infrastructure support

• Maintaining network and infrastructure services
• Investigating and resolving complex technical incidents
• Supporting upgrades, maintenance and project activity

We are a large and well-established organisation recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Technician to join us on a long-term contract based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys working across complex IT environments, solving technical issues and supporting business-critical systems. The role offers a varied workload covering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, networking, hardware support and wider infrastructure services. The contract is for 5 to 6 months, till March 2027, and the position is 37.5 hours a week.
