IDAM Analyst / Engineer - Liverpool

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months IT support, infrastructure, security or IAM experience
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes
• Knowledge of access management and RBAC principles
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Basic PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to Entra ID Governance
• Understanding of MFA and Conditional Access
• ITIL Foundation or Microsoft security certifications

Responsibilities:

• Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes
• Assist with user provisioning and access management
• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts
• Support RBAC and access governance activities
• Assist with access reviews and PIM administration
• Support MFA and Conditional Access controls
• Maintain IAM documentation and procedures
• Support audit and compliance requests

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our growing technology team supporting a large, complex enterprise environment in Liverpool. This is a hybrid working role on a 12 month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent.
