Job Description

Salary: £28,000 - 51,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Proven experience deploying AI/ML models to production environments, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.
  • Comprehensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and cloud-native AI tools such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML Studio.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Strong skills in data engineering, including building data pipelines, data wrangling, and integrating AI solutions with enterprise data systems.
  • Exposure to agile software development practices and experience working in agile teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Workday APIs, data structures, and integration patterns is desirable.
  • Experience designing and implementing generative AI solutions using large language models is desirable.
  • Expertise in applying deep learning techniques to real-world problems is desirable.
  • Active participation in knowledge-sharing activities such as conferences, workshops, or blogs is desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Bridge the gap between data science and software engineering to productionize AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver robust, scalable AI solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI models into production systems.
  • Optimize performance and maintain the reliability of AI-driven features.
  • Design and deploy cloud-based AI solutions.
  • Build and manage scalable AI solutions using containerization and orchestration tools.
  • Build data pipelines, perform data wrangling, and integrate AI solutions with enterprise data systems.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
