Senior Technology Consultant
Job Description
Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in technology-driven roles, with a background in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering.
- Proven ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading complex technology initiatives in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of varying sizes (from 2 to dozens) and deliver measurable client impact.
- A track record of growing accounts and work streams, optimizing billable utilization, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industries.
- Prior involvement in go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, or internal firm initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and drive long-term client success.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Prior consulting experience or a track record of client-facing leadership.
- Lead client engagements and ensure seamless delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders to align business goals with execution strategies.
- Own and drive project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Guide clients through technology transformations as a trusted advisor in software, data, analytics, or cloud initiatives.
- Lead teams of two to dozens of members, ensuring effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and project scopes, prioritizing business outcomes and client success.
- Engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects, translating complex concepts for business stakeholders.
- Support clients in modernizing technology platforms, adopting AI/ML, and leveraging cloud solutions.
- Drive strategic initiatives, aligning technology, data, and business needs to optimize delivery and impact.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring long-term client success.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and additional work streams.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including offerings and go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, and internal programs.
