AI Cybersecurity Solutions Director

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution sales, business development, or consulting sales, with a track record of closing complex, seven-figure deals.
• We need experience successfully selling cybersecurity solutions or services to large enterprise or Fortune 500 buyers.
• We need experience carrying and consistently meeting or exceeding a revenue or bookings quota.
• We need knowledge of AI/ML applicability to security problems.
• We need the ability to lead credible executive conversations and shape solutions with technical teams.
• We need the ability to reach and influence senior or CISO-level security executives.
• We need the ability to translate technical capability into business and risk outcomes.
• We need a bachelors degree.
• Nice to have: experience working at a consulting firm, systems integrator, or cybersecurity product or services company selling into commercial enterprise.
• Nice to have: experience working with, and relationships across, financial services, manufacturing, retail or CPG, healthcare, or energy or utilities markets.
• Nice to have: knowledge of the modern security stack, including SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, data security, or cloud security, and where AI is being adopted across it.
• Nice to have: knowledge of emerging AI-security topics, including securing enterprise AI/LLM deployments, model risk, and AI governance.
• Nice to have: knowledge of enterprise regulatory and compliance drivers such as NIS2, SEC cyber disclosure, or sector-specific frameworks.
• Nice to have: a masters degree in Business or Business Administration.

Responsibilities:

• We build and define the go-to-market strategy for AI and machine learning solutions addressing enterprise security challenges such as threat detection, security operations automation, identity intelligence, data protection, and AI or model security.
• We shape offerings with delivery and technical leaders.
• We serve as the executive representative to CISOs and their teams at major companies.
• We own a portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts and annual revenue targets for AI cybersecurity solutions.
• We build and manage relationships with security leadership, translating AI capabilities into tangible security and risk outcomes.
• We lead the full sales cycle for complex engagements.
• We evolve the AI-for-cyber offering set.
• We develop account plans and growth strategies.
• We partner with delivery leadership to ensure quality execution.
• We represent Booz Allen at industry forums.
• We provide market intelligence for offering development.
• We maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM.

The projected annualized salary range for this full-time role is $162,800 to $302,300 USD, depending on factors such as location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and organizational requirements. This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on the position, and work may involve travel to Booz Allen or customer facilities. We have locations listed in Washington, DC; Cambridgeshire; and The Hague, South Holland.
