Senior Atlassian Solution Architect - Belfast

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem
• Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian Rovo
• Experience designing, delivering and demonstrating Atlassian-based solutions to senior business and technology stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, trends and enterprise adoption considerations
• Experience translating technical requirements into tangible roadmaps and plans
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies and modern software delivery practices
• Experience leading teams, communities of practice or capability development initiatives
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders
• Growth mind-set: you embrace emerging technologies, continuously build your expertise and actively seek opportunities to learn and innovate
• Problem solving: you enjoy navigating ambiguity, identifying practical solutions and helping clients realise value from new technologies
• Accreditation and certification in Atlassian products is an advantage but not essential

• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace applications, integrations and automation capabilities
• Thought leadership, speaking, training or community-building experience related to AI, Atlassian technologies or modern delivery practices

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements focused on Atlassian Rovo, acting as the primary subject matter expert across pre-sales, discovery, solution design and implementation activities
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand their objectives, identify AI opportunities and design fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to delivery and transformation goals
• Design and deliver compelling Rovo demonstrations tailored to client challenges, showcasing practical use cases and business outcomes
• Advise clients on how Rovo integrates with Jira, Confluence and broader delivery ecosystems to improve discovery, productivity and decision-making
• Lead solution architecture and implementation activities, including Rovo configuration, agent design, workflow integration and adoption planning
• Contribute to delivery transformation initiatives as an AI/Rovo SME, identifying opportunities for AI-enabled improvements across project, programme and product delivery practices
• Support teams in embedding AI capabilities into existing delivery models, governance frameworks and ways of working
• Work as part of an EMEA-wide team of SMEs developing the next generation of AI-first delivery models and platforms
• Lead and grow the internal Atlassian Rovo capability, establishing standards, methodologies and best practices
• Develop innovative AI-enabled solutions, use cases and demonstrations that showcase the value of Atlassian Rovo within client environments
• Maintain a deep understanding of Atlassians AI strategy, product roadmap and emerging capabilities across the ecosystem
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, best practices and implementation patterns to support client delivery and capability growth
