Supply Chain Product Owner (D365)

Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Real, evidenced experience in supply chain or logistics
• Experience in industries such as FMCG, automotive, manufacturing, or distribution
• Proven product ownership experience with the ability to own a product roadmap and backlog
• Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, value-led outcomes
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including board-level stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with authority and back up experience with real examples
• Experience in multi-region or larger enterprise environments is a strong advantage
• Dynamics 365 exposure is highly desirable but not essential
• Self-starter who is comfortable leading their own area
• Experience from either an implementation partner or an end-user business is welcome

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Supply Chain domain
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape decisions and priorities
• Turn complex requirements into clear, value-led outcomes
• Support the build-out of the Dynamics 365 platform within the Core Technology team
• Take ownership within a lean, fast-moving team
• Contribute ideas and experience to help shape the wider product function
• Collaborate across the business during an active implementation phase

We are partnering with a major UK retail brand to grow our Core Technology team as we build out our Dynamics 365 platform. This is a mid-implementation role, giving us the opportunity to shape decisions still in progress and make a real impact. We offer a permanent, full-time hybrid position based in Yeovil, Somerset, with occasional access to our Paddington office for team days.
