Principal Oracle SCM Solution Architect

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require SC clearance or eligibility for CTC clearance, and eligibility requires living in the UK for the last 3 years.
• We are looking for extensive experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions in senior architecture, consulting, or programme leadership roles.
• We value expertise across Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Supply Chain Planning, Product Management, Order Management, and Supply Chain Execution.
• We need experience designing enterprise solutions that integrate Oracle SCM with wider business platforms, including Procurement, Finance, HCM, EPM, Analytics, and Reporting.
• We expect knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs and Web Services, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• We want a proven track record of influencing senior business and technology leaders, presenting strategic options to executive audiences, and facilitating complex discussions.
• We are looking for someone who has acted as the senior client-facing architect on large-scale transformation programmes.
• We need strong consulting, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
• Experience in highly regulated and complex environments such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Regulated Manufacturing would be advantageous.
• Experience with GxP environments, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, electronic records and audit requirements, contract manufacturing, batch manufacturing, cold chain logistics, supply chain planning, S&OP, IBP, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and quality or release management would be highly valued.
• Direct industry experience within manufacturing, supply chain, planning, logistics, or quality functions would be particularly attractive.

Responsibilities:

• We lead Oracle SCM solution architecture across transformation, optimisation, and cloud adoption programmes.
• We advise clients on operating models, supply chain processes, and Oracle Cloud strategy.
• We facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, design authorities, and roadmap planning activities.
• We develop architecture artefacts such as solution options and recommendations, transformation roadmaps, target operating model inputs, business capability assessments, and cross-functional impact analyses.
• We shape end-to-end Oracle solutions spanning Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Product Management, Data, Reporting, and Integration.
• We provide architectural leadership throughout the programme lifecycle.
• We assess design decisions, risks, dependencies, and implementation impacts across multiple workstreams.
• We support governance forums, steering committees, and executive stakeholder reviews.
• We help resolve complex process, integration, data, and solution challenges while maintaining architectural integrity.
• We support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, client workshops, and bid responses.
• We translate business challenges into Oracle-enabled transformation propositions.
• We identify opportunities for account growth, value realisation, and broader transformation initiatives.
• We build lasting relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as trusted advisors.
• We mentor consultants, architects, and future solution leaders.
• We contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and architectural frameworks.
• We help strengthen and evolve our Oracle SCM capability and market presence.
