SAP Time Management Consultant

Salary: £130,446 - 130,446 per year

Requirements:

• We need strong hands-on SAP HCM Time Management experience.
• We need the ability to independently work with PCRs and Time Evaluation schemas.
• ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation experience would be particularly valuable.
• Payroll integration experience would be particularly valuable.
• Eligible for BPSS.

Responsibilities:

• We will analyse the existing SAP ECC Time Management solution.
• We will contribute to requirements and design workshops.
• We will configure the new solution.
• We will help ensure accurate integration between Time Management and Payroll.
• We will configure work schedules, holiday calendars, attendances and absences.
• We will manage leave entitlements and quotas.
• We will support Time Evaluation and time wage-type generation.
• We will configure overtime and shift-premium processing.
• We will write Time Management PCRs and modify Time Evaluation schemas.
• We will validate payroll-impacting time data during testing and parallel payroll runs.
• We will investigate and resolve time-related payroll discrepancies.
• We will review existing custom developments and enhancements.
• We will help simplify and standardise current processes.

We are supporting an ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation for a major consulting organisation. This is a contract SAP Time Management Consultant role based in Huntingdon, with two days per week onsite and remote working for the remainder of the week. The rate is £500-£550 per day.
