Senior AI Engineer

Salary: £24,000 - 59,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in solutioning across Gen AI, Agentic AI, classic ML, and automation.
• Experience and strong understanding of GenAI prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, supervised and unsupervised ML, and AI observability.
• Experience with enterprise-grade RAG-based solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LLaMA, as well as vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and FAISS.
• Experience in designing and scaling GenAI chatbots.
• Experience in Agentic AI solutions, with knowledge of frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI, and orchestration tooling such as MCP Servers in at least one hyperscaler.
• Good understanding of Responsible AI principles.
• Ability to transform business problems into analytical solutions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build integrated solutions.
• Strong articulation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Experience driving productivity and cost optimizations.
• Skills in Python with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangSmith/Langfuse, Gen AI / Agentic AI, and cloud platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, and GCP Vertex AI.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Preferred: delivered AI projects within Agile frameworks.
• Preferred: experience in Gen AI feedback analysis, topic modelling, and sentiment analysis.
• Preferred: knowledge of AgentOps and OpenTelemetry.
• Preferred: understanding of network security concepts, network telemetry and analytics.
• Preferred: understanding of cloud computing and virtualization.
• Preferred: exposure to APM/observability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Preferred: exposure to onshore-offshore model working with professionals spread across the globe.

• Research AI trends and define AI models and frameworks.
• Shape Gen AI and Agentic AI ecosystems for our clients in Europe.
• Work closely with business, product, and engineering teams across geographies.
• Lead problem definition and discovery for overall solutions.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.
• Help clients define roadmaps and realize productivity gains and business benefits through automation, AI, and Gen AI.
