Salary: £24,000 - 59,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on SAP consulting experience of 14 years or more with either an industry segment or a skillset focus
• Experience across the SAP product portfolio and SAP consulting
• Deep functional SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sales skills, or technical ABAP, UI5, Integration, Security, or Basis skills in one or two SAP ERP areas
• IT architecture experience, including SAP architecture
• Business acumen, including industry nuances, value chain and financial health, and future trend awareness
• Experience engaging C-level, middle management, and business and IT stakeholders, and managing expectations
• Experience in IT-enabled transformation and operations
• 5 end-to-end project experiences in the relevant new SAP offering
• Experience in an architect or lead role on projects
• Experience in at least 2 project types: Greenfield, Brownfield, or hybrid
• Transformation preparation / Phase 0 experience
• SAP toolchain user or administration experience
• Valid SAP certification in the relevant skills
• Excellent client presence and interpersonal skills from C-level executives to SAP super users
• Solution proposal building and effort estimation skills
• Multi-tasking flexibility, team spirit, and a winning attitude
• Exposure to multiple modules or skill areas within the SAP product portfolio
• SAP sales and hands-on service delivery responsibilities experience
• Prior business domain experience before IT experience
• External publications in the public domain in the relevant industry or skills area
• Additional exposure to other tech stacks apart from SAP, such as SFDC or Microsoft
• Strong analytical ability with lateral thinking and the ability to connect the dots

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise application and SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for supply chain transformation programs
• Generate leads from key clients based on consulting ideas
• Co-create next-generation business models and business processes with clients
• Synthesize end-to-end processes across planning, sales, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, plant maintenance, and customer service
• Build customer transformation roadmaps using SAP best practices and solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SaaS line-of-business solutions, and other products
• Identify digitization and automation opportunities using AI, Blockchain, IoT, RPA, and other levers
• Participate in assessments, due diligences, and transformation workshops
• Guide customers in building a business case for transformation initiatives
• Drive direct engagement with business stakeholders on the customer side and communicate in business language
• Develop business blueprints, proof of concepts, transformation plans, change impacts, and learning content
• Moderate large workshops across business domains and help identify requirements, gaps, and roadblocks
• Deliver S/4HANA minimum viable products, templates, complete products, and pilots
• Secure buy-in and acceptance from the business for delivered products
• Participate in product roadmap discussions with partners such as SAP and Microsoft
• Provide an independent point of view based on experience and software vendor roadmaps
• Mentor team members and support their results
• Provide hands-on leadership, solution reviews, and transparent feedback
• Bring best practices on business processes to stakeholders
• Use process data, metrics, and capability insights to present options and demonstrate value
• Deliver a harmonized and optimized solution
