Requirements:
  • We require 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • We are looking for a data-driven candidate with a degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • We need significant experience in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field, including hands-on experience with large and complex datasets.
  • We require advanced expertise in SQL and Python, with experience building scalable analytical solutions and applying statistical methods to real business problems.
  • We are looking for demonstrated experience applying advanced analytical methods such as machine learning, causal inference, synthetic controls, or difference-in-differences in a business context.
  • We need experience developing and deploying analytical models in research and production environments.
  • We require experience presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • We value proficiency in visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker, with the ability to produce executive-ready presentations.
  • We need strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • We are looking for someone who can work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to complex business challenges.
Responsibilities:

  • We apply sophisticated quantitative methods, including machine learning, causal inference, synthetic controls, difference-in-differences, and propensity score matching, to answer complex business questions.
  • We build and evolve customer segmentation frameworks to reveal distinct consumer cohorts and support targeted growth strategies.
  • We analyze how consumer behavior evolves across our product ecosystem and quantify the impact on activation, retention, monetization, and customer value.
  • We monitor key consumer funnel metrics across products, customer segments, and geographies.
  • We develop business cases and opportunity-sizing analyses to support growth initiatives and strategic investments.
  • We lead analytical projects from problem definition through recommendation, ensuring insights are actionable, timely, and aligned with business priorities.
  • We partner closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to inform decision-making and influence strategy.
  • We serve as a trusted analytical partner by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • We leverage AI-assisted tools and modern analytical workflows, including LLM-based technologies, to accelerate analysis and scale insight delivery.
