Salary: £38,000 - 78,000 per year

Requirements:

• Expert-level experience in predictive maintenance, including anticipating system failures and optimizing service schedules to maximize uptime
• Expert-level technical documentation skills, including creating comprehensive guides for field teams and customers
• Expert-level technical report writing skills, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Advanced-level active listening skills to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions
• Advanced-level coaching ability to mentor field engineers and build team capability
• Advanced-level commissioning experience to ensure seamless system startup and customer handover
• Advanced-level customer orientation to align service delivery with customer expectations and business outcomes
• Advanced-level field service management experience coordinating complex service operations across customer sites
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous technical challenges independently
• Resilience and adaptability when managing competing priorities in dynamic field environments
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders confidently

Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of multi-component systems for diverse customer applications
