Senior User Experience Designer

Salary: £38,000 - 78,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Product / UX Design background within SaaS, AI or data platforms
• Experience designing for complex systems, workflows or insights tools
• Exposure to AI-first products or machine-learning interfaces
• Hands-on experience using Lovable within design or product workflows
• Deep understanding of user journeys, interaction design and usability
• Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments

Responsibilities:

• Own the full UX and product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI-driven search and data visualisation products
• Create and scale a design system and visual language from scratch
• Turn complex AI outputs into clear, actionable user experiences
• Collaborate closely with engineering for pixel-perfect implementation
• Influence product strategy alongside founders
