Solutions Engineer - Swedish Speaking

Salary: £33,000 - 62,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require outstanding Swedish and English written and verbal communication skills to clearly and efficiently articulate technical matters with customers and partners.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Networking, or IT Security from an accredited university.
• We require a strong background in IT fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching devices.
• We value excellent account management, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Industry certifications such as AWS, CCNA, MCSE, CEH, Security+, A+, and Network+ are a plus.
• Experience working with APIs, Python, and other coding languages is a plus.
• Experience working with Linux operating systems is preferred.
• We look for genuine excitement for software and hardware products and comfort speaking about how they work.
• We need an entrepreneurial and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• We require the ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities:

• We own and enhance the customer experience from proof-of-concept through final decision.
• We provide technical support to our sales team and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• We help the sales team design security systems and quotes.
• We create solutions for unique customer challenges.
• We serve as the trusted technical advisor for key decision-makers, including CTOs, CISOs, and Senior Network Engineers.
• We engage with sales managers to understand current deal status and next steps.
• We use our technical knowledge to overcome customer barriers and concerns.
• We influence product direction through our understanding of customer needs.
• We collaborate with support to accelerate product improvement.
• We work with Project Managers and Operations team members to execute designed security solutions.
• We prepare required project documentation, including floorplans, scope of work, and assumptions.
