AI Architect

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on technical expertise in AI architecture and delivery
• Experience leading solution shaping and end-to-end architecture for complex AI solutions
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and operational readiness
• Ability to mentor architects and senior engineers and act as a technical leader
• Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and acting as a trusted technical advisor
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, proposals, and technical bids
• Ability to lead large, complex AI programmes with multiple workstreams

Responsibilities:

• We shape capability and community within our AI & Data practice by mentoring architects and senior engineers
• We stay ahead of Microsofts AI roadmap and emerging agentic patterns, translating them into practical guidance
• We build our Agentic AI community by establishing best practices, architectural patterns, standards, and reusable assets
• We contribute to thought leadership, internal enablement, and the evolution of our agentic AI offerings
• We lead client solutioning activities to understand requirements and define solution direction
• We own end-to-end architecture for complex agentic AI solutions from concept to production
• We design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• We provide hands-on technical leadership across design, build, integration, and deployment
• We ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and operational readiness
• We lead delivery of large, complex AI programmes involving multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
• We engage confidently with senior client audiences as a trusted technical advisor
• We support pre-sales activities, including shaping propositions, contributing to proposals, and leading technical bids
