Graduate Software Developer Python C

Salary: £37,000 - 38,000 per year

Requirements:

• We ideally want you to have a 2:1 or First-Class degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or another strong STEM discipline.
• We also expect A levels at A-B grades or equivalent.
• You should have strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• You should have programming experience in C#, C++, Java, Python, or a similar language.
• You should have some knowledge of SQL and databases.
• You should have personal, university, or commercial software development projects.
• You should have a genuine interest in becoming an accomplished Software Engineer.
• Experience with C#, .NET, React, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you design, develop, and test software, principally using C# and .NET.
• We will have you build back-end applications and new product features.
• We will have you work with SQL Server and relational databases.
• We will have you develop with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• We will have you work within an Agile/Scrum engineering environment.
• We will have you test, debug, and improve existing applications.
• We will have you use Git for source control and peer review code.
• We will have you gain exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud, and modern application architecture.
• We will have you explore new technologies, frameworks, and approaches to software development.
