Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects, including configuration, implementation, or architecture
• Experience with CSM and HRSD
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, platform design, and delivery methodologies
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CTA are advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Participate in or lead complex ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
• Analyse business needs and design effective technical solutions aligned with best practice
• Contribute to architecture standards, delivery processes, and solution governance
• Support and mentor junior team members in senior roles
• Travel occasionally and flexibly to client locations within the UK
