Delivery Lead – Microsoft Copilot, AI & Power Platform

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong background in Microsoft technology, with Copilot and AI required
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform is preferred
• Proven experience managing delivery teams
• Proven experience owning senior client relationships
• Based in or able to commute to London on a regular basis
• Suitable for someone already at Lead level or a strong Principal ready to step into a first leadership role

Responsibilities:

• We will own end-to-end delivery, including solution scoping, development oversight, training, adoption and change management, and governance
• We will manage revenue, utilisation, and resourcing across the delivery team
• We will sit on the client steering committee and own the senior stakeholder relationship
• We will act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues
• We will track and improve delivery throughput, with a focus on driving efficiency through AI

We are one of the UKs fast-growing Microsoft AI consultancies and are hiring a Delivery Lead to head up a newly established delivery function. This is a genuine leadership role on a programme-level engagement spanning multiple areas of a large client group, with real scope to shape how delivery works from the ground up. We are offering up to £110k and a dedicated client engagement with strong potential to run for two years or more. The role offers close collaboration with senior leadership, meaningful input into decisions, and a clear route into a bigger leadership position as our practice grows.
