Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: £45,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Design System.
• Experience designing and implementing Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Salesforce administration, configuration, implementation, and development experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale Experience Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in Salesforce customisation, security models, workflow approvals, validation rules, and data management.
• Strong Apex development experience, including classes, controllers, triggers, Visualforce pages, and web services.
• Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce SOQL, SOSL, dynamic queries, and performance optimisation.
• Experience writing unit tests and implementing best practices for code quality and coverage.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous Apex, including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods.
• Experience with Connected Apps, Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and deployment tooling.
• Understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and enterprise application development.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging Salesforce applications and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• We lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• We develop scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies.
• We implement and support Salesforce customisations, workflows, approvals, security controls, and automation processes.
• We design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other enterprise integration patterns.
• We develop reusable Apex classes, controllers, triggers, and framework components.
• We build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• We implement SOQL, SOSL, and dynamic query solutions to support business requirements.
• We write high-quality unit tests and maintain strong code coverage standards.
• We support CI/CD processes, Salesforce DX implementation, and deployment activities.
• We troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application and platform issues.
• We collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• We lead technical aspects of Salesforce programmes, including data migration, integrations, custom development, and third-party applications.
• We contribute to development standards, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
