Solution Architect

Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Solution Architect role
• Strong understanding of solution and application architecture
• Experience operating within complex, enterprise-scale environments
• Experience working across large-scale projects and programmes of work
• Ability to balance technical, delivery, and commercial considerations
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder-management capability
• Cloud experience, with Azure preferred but not essential
• Software development background preferred
• OT experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Own solution architecture across multiple initiatives within a complex environment
• Design scalable, end-to-end solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
• Define architectural patterns, integration approaches, and high-level designs
• Partner with delivery teams to support solutions through to implementation
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and gain buy-in
• Contribute to technology and solution direction across the wider landscape

We are supporting a large organisation undergoing significant transformation and are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a growing function. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in London, with 2-3 days a week in the office. The salary is circa 110K package. The role suits someone who enjoys working hands-on across complex, large-scale programmes and collaborating closely with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions.
