Senior Principal Software Engineer

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require applicants to hold active or recently active SC or DV clearance.
• We are looking for strong experience delivering production systems in complex environments.
• We need depth in at least one modern language such as Java, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
• We expect cloud and container experience with a security-first mindset.
• We are looking for confidence influencing technical decisions and improving teams.

Responsibilities:

• We design and deliver secure, scalable software in small agile teams.
• We stay hands-on while shaping architecture and technical direction.
• We set engineering standards and mentor others.
• We work directly with customers to solve complex problems.
• We champion modern engineering practices including cloud, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• We will need you to work on-site up to 4 days per week.
