Lead Value Engineer

Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in Value Engineering, Pre-sales Value Consulting, Solution Engineering, and/or management consulting.
• We need deep financial analysis and modelling experience with ROI and TCO concepts to justify business cases.
• We require excellent soft skills and presentation skills.
• We need a mix of business and technical acumen, with the ability to engage in discussions involving both technology and business strategy.
• We value the ability to influence executives and C-suite stakeholders with credibility, passion, and charisma.
• We are looking for a high-energy self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and own and execute initiatives.
• We need a highly effective collaborator who can work across sales, onboarding, sales enablement, and marketing functions.
• Familiarity with technology and/or enterprise software is preferred; familiarity with CRM, ITSM, and customer service solutions is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:

• We conduct value discovery sessions with our prospects and customers, capturing customer objectives and documenting outcomes to demonstrate quantifiable business value.
• We articulate the gap between the clients current state and desired state.
• We create analytical models and custom executive presentations for key accounts.
• We provide thought leadership and expertise on business value.
• We collaborate with sales enablement to establish and deliver training on how GTM can leverage our value engineering content and collateral.
• We collect and measure key Freshworks and industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking.
• We work closely with other value engineers, account executives, and solution engineers to contribute to overall value assessment and findings.
• We assist in the production and delivery of executive-level presentations in the field.
