Product Manager

Salary: £29,000 - 57,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a collaborative, outcome-focused Product Manager with proven experience delivering products in complex environments.
• We need strong knowledge of product management and Agile delivery, with the ability to balance discovery and execution.

• We are looking for a strong team player who enjoys working closely with engineering, takes ownership, and is passionate about building products that improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive a key product set within a defined value stream, shaping strategy, setting priorities, and delivering customer and business outcomes.
• Create and evolve a clear product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product growth.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define the right solutions, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and lead delivery through Agile teams.
• Manage a well-prioritised backlog and ensure clarity across stakeholders.
• Use data and insights to track performance and continuously improve.
• Champion product-led ways of working, focusing on outcomes, encouraging collaboration, and keeping the customer at the centre of delivery.
