Salesforce Delivery Lead

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We serve as a critical bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and the Product Owner to orchestrate the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions
• We combine technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive project execution, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with organisational goals
• We translate the product vision into actionable plans, prioritise work, and navigate complex challenges to deliver sustainable solutions
• We continuously improve and support the success of Salesforce implementations while supporting the professional growth of team members and contributing to the overall organisational strategy
• We maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies and best practices
• We provide clear direction and guidance to team members across the function, ensuring alignment with the product vision and roadmap
• We delegate tasks and responsibilities where required, based on strengths and development areas
• We facilitate effective meetings and workshops to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making
• We present complex technical information and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• We coordinate software releases, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption to external customer operations
• We work closely with the Product Owner and Leads to manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities
• We organise and facilitate scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives, to keep internal teams aligned and productive
• We gather and synthesise information from various internal sources to support data-driven decision-making in product development
• We track and report progress against work breakdowns, estimations, and plans to the Product Owner, ensuring transparency and alignment
• We contribute to product strategy and deadline determinations, leveraging our expertise to shape sustainable long-term plans
