Associate Technology Consultant

Salary: £25,500 - 25,500 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates currently located in or around Belfast, or within a reasonably commutable distance.
• We are looking for people with an inquisitive mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and an interest in technology.
• We welcome applicants without previous experience or a specific degree.
• A degree is welcome, but it does not need to be in computer science or a STEM subject.
• If you do not have a degree, we want to see recent work experience or recent upskilling in technology.
• You should have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
• You should have a strong work ethic and be ready to work hard.
• You should enjoy working in teams.
• You should have strong communication skills.
• You should have good organisational skills, both personally and as part of a team.
• We do not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• We will provide introductory training courses to help you get started in consulting.
• We will deliver full-time training through a hybrid learning model combining classroom and remote learning.
• You will learn a range of technologies and tools including Agile, Scrum, databases, reporting and data visualisation, Atlassian products, SDLC, project planning, and road mapping.
• After training, you will gain industry experience by working with our clients on their projects.
• You will work as part of a global consultancys specialist team on the end-to-end design and implementation of solutions used by business and technology teams to manage work, products, and programmes.
• You will complete a screening call, a short video interview, a technical aptitude test, and an in-person assessment centre as part of the hiring process.
• You will have access to ongoing learning, development, support, and certification opportunities.
