Software Developer C++

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance
• 18 months commercial C++ development experience
• Experience developing within Linux environments
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Good understanding of networking concepts and version control (Git)
• Experience with Docker and Jenkins is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain C++ applications within Linux environments
• Debug, profile and optimise software using tools such as Valgrind
• Analyse network traffic, protocols and packet flows
• Work with Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Carry out code reviews and contribute to software quality and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions
