CPG/FMCG Business Intelligence Lead

Salary: £61,000 - 87,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an insights professional with substantial experience in data analysis and interpretation, ideally with a strong background that positions you as a thought leader.
• We need in-depth familiarity with our data assets and solutions, including experience creating reporting content in Unify and designing visualizations using Circana data assets.
• You should have a strong problem-solving skillset, including the ability to use data in innovative ways, perform cause-and-effect analysis, and demonstrate curiosity.
• We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about technology and AI and open to embracing new tools to drive business value.
• You must be able to manage key stakeholder groups and build strong relationships and credibility with internal and client stakeholders.
• You should be client-focused, with a proven track record of understanding client needs and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with large language model capabilities and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• We will rely on you to design future Circana Brainwaves that support our commercial growth.
• You will translate complex and unstructured business problems into well-defined processes that solve the right client challenges.
• You will determine the best combination of our data assets, including third-party and client data where relevant, and our solutions to answer client business questions.
• You will design Brainwaves that analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
• You will develop strong AI prompts that help LLMs synthesize data accurately and drive actionable recommendations.
• You will engage with internal and client stakeholders to ensure designs meet business needs and are commercially viable.
