Field Service Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 75,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We provide technical support to our operating sites in the designated region.
• We ensure compliance with IT standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• We manage the inventory of IT assets in the region accurately.
• We establish incident diagnoses, determine criticality, and implement action plans.
• We maintain and update the knowledge base related to incidents within our scope.
• We perform on-site preventive maintenance to support proper operation and prevent breakdowns.
• We participate in daily Agile meetings, backlog management, and follow-up on ongoing work and projects.
• We deploy and coordinate technological developments related to the Groups developments.
• We establish our tour plan according to priorities.
• We work with the European support center and our IT teams in the central office.
