Lead Software Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We will rely on you to coach technical performance within a team and across the business, setting technical objectives and measuring progress.
• We will expect you to highlight training requirements within a multi-disciplinary agile team.
• We will rely on you to contribute technical domain design work.
• We will expect you to identify and reduce technical debt.
• We will look to you to advocate for and lead design reviews.
• We will rely on you to provide technical evangelism.
• We will expect you to implement patterns of enterprise architecture.
• We will have you work with architecture-focused roadmaps.
