Systems Administrator / Support Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

• PC Desktop & Workstation experience
• Windows OS proficiency
• Windows Server OS experience
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Azure AD Policy management
• Microsoft Exchange management
• IIS knowledge
• RDS familiarity
• SharePoint experience
• Networking technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
• RAID understanding
• Router/Firewall technologies & security expertise
• Beneficial experience with Backup technologies (VEEAM, Acronis)
• SQL knowledge
• Citrix familiarity
• Experience with VMs and VPS

• Provide multilevel support for a wide range of business customers
• Ensure high-quality service levels in customer interactions
• Implement infrastructure improvements
• Commission new equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
