Data Engineer (Python, ETL, SaaS)

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Data Engineering experience
• Strong Python coding skills
• Experience of building ETL data pipelines
• Experience with AWS (or other cloud platform, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working within tech or SaaS companies
• Degree educated in Computer Science or similar tech or numerate discipline
• Collaborative with great communication skills
• Nice to haves: Databricks, Kafka, Data Governance (GRC)

Responsibilities:

• Work with vast amounts of real-time data to enable quick insurance quotes
• Bridge the gap between Data Scientists / Data Analysts and Software Engineers
• Shape requirements, design and build well-engineered data pipelines and data warehousing solutions
• Support business growth in the UK using a modern tech stack
• Play to your strengths and pick up new skills across different teams
