Lead Product Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Product Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in delivering large-scale product deliveries
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Technical background and experience with digital products
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a portfolio of products
• Create and maintain a portfolio level product vision and high-level roadmap
• Set strategy and manage resource allocation for product development
• Collaborate with other Lead Product Managers to ensure synergy across the product organization
• Contribute to the development of product management standards and guidance
• Provide leadership and direction within the product community
• Involve in hiring senior product managers and managing contracts
• Scope, mobilize, and ensure the delivery of technical products and services
• Line manage and mentor Product Managers
• Create and communicate complex technical roadmaps
• Lead technical planning processes to prioritize outcomes
• Maintain the integrity and coherence of the portfolios technical delivery
• Work with engineering teams to define and manage an efficient portfolio roadmap
• Manage the operational running of products in line with service SLAs
