Scrum Master

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile Team Management
• Strong project management capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience in full development project life cycle implementations
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage scope, RAID, resources, and budget
• Proven track record in delivering fixed price engagements
• Strong stakeholder management
• Proficiency in standard Project Management and MS Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interest in developing PM Capability solutions and methodologies
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• PMP Certification is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Manage a Scrum development team
• Oversee product backlog management
• Report regularly to the client on project progress
• Guide the team on using Agile/Scrum practices
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team
• Ensure project delivery meets intended business outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Handle project budget and scope management
• Create and maintain SCRUM Task dashboards and Kanban workflow management
