(Senior) Commercial Producer (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Commercial Producer, you will manage end-to-end campaign productions, ensuring smooth execution, high creative standards, and timely delivery. You will be an integral part of Westwing's Marketing team, driving a wide range of productions across brand campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

• Own end-to-end productions from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards
• Coordinate project setups, production schedules, post-production, multi-channel asset delivery, and all production documentation, including PPMs, call sheets, contracts, and travel logistics
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and external production partners to bring creative concepts to life while guaranteeing production feasibility
• Enable creative development by providing production expertise, talent research, supplier recommendations, and feasibility checks
• Drive seamless execution across the full production lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact, resolving production challenges, and integrating AI-driven production solutions

• 3+ years of experience in production management within a production company, agency, or comparable in-house creative environment

• Experience managing multiple productions simultaneously from briefing to final delivery

• Strong project management skills with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment 

• Attention to detail and a high standard for creative quality and execution, as well as interest in production innovation and emerging technologies, including AI

• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
