Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/x)

• 
  
  • Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business and logistics use cases
  • Work with data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and logistics experts to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
  • Build reliable data pipelines and feature engineering processes for training and production environments
  • Productionize machine learning models using appropriate software engineering 
  • Monitor model performance, data quality, reliability, and potential model drift
  • Contribute to the design of machine learning platforms, APIs, and data products
  • Document models, assumptions, interfaces, processes, and results clearly
  • Support the adoption of best practices in machine learning, software development, testing, version control, and deployment
  • Stay up to date with developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud technologies, and responsible AI

• 
  
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, statistics, and data preparation
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data or machine learning infrastructure
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
