As Director of Product, you will spearhead a high-growth business unit combining hardware, software, and agentic AI to transform physical customer experiences. You will own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and pricing to large-scale enterprise deployments, orchestrating cross-functional teams to automate complex operations for global brands at massive scale.

What You Will Do

• Define the long-term strategy and roadmap for a product suite involving hardware units, embedded payments, and AI-driven autonomous workflows.
• Direct commercial strategy, including pricing, packaging, and unit economics, while managing complex certification and procurement cycles for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, hardware, and operations teams to transition human-intensive processes into seamless, automated, and autonomous digital experiences.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record with over 10 years in product leadership, including significant experience owning a product line with substantial enterprise revenue.
• Deep expertise in managing large-scale physical deployments, such as connected devices, point-of-sale systems, or complex hardware-software integrations.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and build systems that scale to thousands of sites.
