About the role

We're hiring an Event Marketing Manager to own how blp shows up in the room. You'll run blp Connect, our flagship annual event, from blank page to sold-out. You'll build our CFO round tables and partner events. You'll be the face customers remember.

This isn't a support role. It's a build-it-yourself role for someone who wants a flagship event with their name on it.

What you'll do

• Flagship event. blp Connect, end to end. Concept, budget, venue, agenda, speakers, logistics, the day itself. Yours.

• CFO round tables. Small rooms, big stakeholders. You curate who's in them.

• Partner events. You grow the ecosystem, one great event at a time.

• Vendors, venues, budgets, timelines across several events at once.

• The vibe in the room. Customers and partners meet blp through you.

• Track and report attendee data and event performance in HubSpot (or similar), working tight with Marketing and Sales.

What you'll bring

• 3 to 5 years in event marketing or event management, ideally B2B or SaaS.

• Fluent German and English.

• A degree in event marketing, communications or similar helps, but isn't the bar.

• Real energy. You light up a room and customers remember you after.

• Experience managing agencies and vendors, including negotiation.

• Know-how in trade show logistics, booth build and international event operations.

• Understanding of complex B2B sales processes as well as CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot or comparable).

• You stay calm running five things at once and somehow still enjoy it.

• Flexibility to travel and work around event dates.
