Gesucht wird für ein wachsendes Planungs- und Ingenieurbüro im Bereich komplexer Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte ein Controller (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen arbeitet in interdisziplinären Teams an anspruchsvollen Bauvorhaben, insbesondere im Sektor Rechenzentren und technische Gebäudeausrüstung. Aufgaben
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung monatlicher, quartalsweiser und jährlicher Management-Reports
Kontrolle und Analyse von Kostenstellen, Projektergebnissen und Budgetabweichungen
Aufbau und Pflege von Controlling-Reporting-Strukturen (inkl. Kennzahlen-Dashboards)
Projektcontrolling: Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung über Projektlaufzeiten
Unterstützung bei Forecasting, Budgetplanung und Kapitalfluss-Analysen
Validierung und Plausibilisierung von Planungs- und Forecast-Daten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzbuchhaltung, Projektleitung und Management
Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen im Finanz- und Controlling-Bereich
Qualifikation
Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Projekt- oder Bauumfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Reporting-Tools (z. B. SAP, Excel-basiertes Reporting)
Analytisches Verständnis und strukturierte, zahlen-orientierte Arbeitsweise
Erfahrung mit Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
