Working Student – Impact & Startup Accelerator Program Support

• Building and maintaining a structured overview of incoming client requests and available consultants, and orchestrating an initial matching process 

• Ownership for tracking key program data (capacity status, commitments, deadlines) and flagging anything that requires action or attention 

• Supporting communication with stakeholders such as preparing briefing materials, status updates, notetaking and taking part in meetings. 

• Maintaining a dashboard of program metrics and compiling regular reporting 

• Documenting and continuously improving how the program runs, as processes are still being defined — an interest in AI-driven automation is a plus
