Technical Business Analyst

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working in a technical business analyst or similar role within a regulated or complex environment
• Ability to interpret and break down detailed specifications
• Understanding of APIs and data mapping; no coding required, but we understand how they work
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• A mindset focused on why things matter, not just what is required
• Comfort working at pace and making decisions with incomplete information

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex requirements into clear, high-quality outputs that engineers can build from
• Turn ambiguous, technical specifications into structured change proposals that move delivery forward
• Work closely with engineers to define solutions
• Map data across systems
• Understand how APIs and integrations fit together
• Ensure solutions meet strict regulatory and quality standards
• Step back, challenge what is in front of us, and focus on what truly matters
• Help the team move quickly through smart, well-informed decisions
