Staff AI Product Manager

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong AI and technical fluency, with experience building or working deeply with AI/ML products, ideally including generative AI; able to discuss model behavior, evaluation, prompts, architectures, constraints, and trade-offs with technical partners.
• Excellent product judgment, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities, and turning ambiguous AI capabilities into clear, valuable product experiences.
• Strong problem-framing and customer insight, using research, data, and direct customer conversations to understand complex problems and create clear problem statements.
• Ability to partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality software, test and evaluate AI systems and user-facing features, and iterate based on results.
• Care deeply about safety, reliability, and customer value.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence broadly, bring structure to ambiguity, align partners, take ownership, and build momentum.

Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and impact for a major area of our Fin AI platform or AI agent.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, business, and AI systems to make informed decisions and create a compelling roadmap.
• Collaborate with our machine learning scientists, engineers, designers, and researchers to explore ideas, assess feasibility, evaluate trade-offs, and turn AI capabilities into valuable product experiences.
• Take AI concepts from exploration through production launches; run experiments, define success metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate on product quality and customer experience.
• Partner with our core product organization to integrate AI across the Fin platform, and work with go-to-market, marketing, support, and operations teams to drive adoption and customer impact.
• Create clarity, communicate decisions, align teams, and maintain momentum toward impactful outcomes.
