Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We require strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management processes including CI/CD pipelines.
  • We require experience working in a scaled agile environment such as SAFe or LeSS, or in large enterprise delivery models.
  • We require proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • We require excellent coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • We require hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, and observability or monitoring platforms.
  • We require familiarity with production readiness checklists and live proving processes.
  • We require a minimum of 5 years of strong delivery experience.
  • We require fluency in Italian and English.
  • We consider SAFe certification an advantage.
  • We consider exposure to scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe or large enterprise delivery models an advantage.
  • We consider knowledge of release processes, service-level objectives, observability, and incident response workflows an advantage.
  • We consider certification in Agile, Scrum, or Release Train Engineering an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead the end-to-end technical delivery of a large, complex solution involving multiple ARTs, domains, and teams.
  • We coordinate efforts to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • We drive collaboration across ARTs, technology domains, and teams by aligning Planning Interval goals, managing inter-team dependencies, and tracking milestone progress.
  • We proactively address and resolve conflicts among ARTs, domains, and teams, and escalate risks when necessary.
  • We maintain visibility through a centralized program board or Jira dashboards, and a comprehensive dependency map.
  • We provide hands-on coaching and escalate issues to maintain delivery momentum and meet commitments.
  • We drive alignment across project management, development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure delivery timelines are met and testing efforts are coordinated effectively.
  • We proactively identify, monitor, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
  • We escalate critical blockers and facilitate timely resolutions to maintain delivery momentum.
  • We oversee code and configuration readiness and ensure all solution components adhere to quality standards and are delivered according to schedule.
  • We carry out production readiness validation activities, including smoke test execution and readiness assessments, to help ensure smooth and reliable production deployments.
  • We deliver consistent and transparent stakeholder updates, including risk evaluations and key testing metrics.
